Astral Travel Empty Astral Travel

Post by DaveM Thu Sep 15, 2016 11:38 am

Rose, could you tell us a little bit about the similarities and differences between lucid dreaming and astral travel? Sometimes, in my dreams, I feel like I have gone to another reality and it often feels more real that waking consciousness. I don't control the dream so I assume that it is not a lucid dream. At the same time, I don't feel like my astral body has disconnected from the physical. Guess what I'm asking is what is going on when a dream feels more real than waking reality?

Hi Dave,
This is a great question. In a lucid dreaming, you become aware that you moved into the dreaming body. Perhaps, you are not aware of the whole transition, but once you enter the dream state, you are very conscious of the dream world and you(persona) dreaming.
Whereas, an astral travel could happen involuntarily or voluntarily. It can be created through an astral projection (voluntarily) or spontaneously. An astral travel usually happens in the realm of the dream world, profound meditation and altered state of consciousness.
If you feel that your dream is more vivid than reality is because you are aware that we are living in an illusory holographic template. This act of awareness, per se, indicates that you are vibrating in a much higher frequency. Thanks for your question. Cool
